• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deploy laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other equipment for new hires.
• Coordinate user account creation, software access, and system permissions.
• Configure workstations and ensure readiness for start dates.
• Assist with technology orientation and basic user training during onboarding.
• Assist with imaging, setup, deployment, and replacement projects.
• Track equipment assignments, returns, and inventory updates.
• Help manage software licensing and technology records.
• Participate in technology improvement initiatives and upgrades.
• Assist with conference room technology setup and support.
• Research and assist with projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
