Responsibilities

• Monitor the IT support queue and serve as the primary intake for requests.
• Provide initial technical support and troubleshoot user account issues.
• Directly communicate with staff to resolve common IT problems.
• Contribute to routine maintenance tasks, such as system patching.
• Maintain clear records of support actions.
