Job summary

Choice Solutions LLC is seeking an IT Intern to support the managed services team during the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience with diverse technologies and work on a value-driven project, presenting results at summer's end.

Responsibilities include assisting in monitoring and supporting customers, troubleshooting, and documenting ticket details. This is an on-site, 40-hour week internship at the Overland Park, KS headquarters, running May 25 to August 6, 2027.

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to customers.
• Document notes for customer tickets and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate across managed services, security, DevOps, and networking teams.
