Qualifications

• Must be a current college student majoring in Computer Science or related field.
• Owns work, self-motivated and executes delegated tasks.
• Demonstrates an interest in the insurance industry.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions for underwriting.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various technologies.
• Create and execute unit test cases to ensure quality and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and discuss software design and architecture.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support business processes.
• Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to complete an Action Learning Project.
