Selective Insurance invites you to join the Ignite Internship program in Hartford, CT for an 11-week, full-time experience. You'll work with our Product Organization's Agile teams, get exposure to Commercial Lines products, and participate in on-the-job assignments, team projects, and leadership exposure.

This internship is aimed at current college students for summer 2027, within commuting distance of Hartford or Short Hills, NJ.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student to qualify.
• Interest in learning about the insurance industry.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Selective's current Commercial products.
• Write requirements for future enhancements.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing of completed work.
• Assist product group's Agile team
