Job summary

SelectSelective Insurance Company of America invites undergraduates to join its Ignite Internship program at the corporate office in Short Hills, NJ for an 11-week, full-time summer experience in 2027. The program provides on-the-job assignments, team projects, exposure to senior leadership, and a community volunteer day to build valuable relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be a current college student.
• Demonstrate an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is preferred.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution’s requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Selective’s current Commercial products.
• Write requirements for future enhancements.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing of completed work.
• Assist product group’s Agile team.
