Qualifications

• Must be a current college student majoring in Computer Science or a related field to qualify.
• Demonstrates ownership over work and ability to self-motivate.
• Shows interest in learning about the insurance industry.
• College credit can be earned depending on your institution's requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions for underwriting.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various technologies.
• Create and execute unit test cases to ensure quality and reliability of the code.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to discussions on software design and architecture.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to support business processes and resolve issues.
• Work cross-functionally with peers and leaders to complete an Action Learning Project.
