Responsibilities

Support a group of virtual customers by answering questions and improving their experience with MISO.
Collaborate with SMEs to understand customer needs and drive resolution of inquiries.
Review metrics and identify opportunities to simplify or improve processes.
Attend intern events and development programming to grow professionally.
Present final project work and recommendations at the end of the internship.
