Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Available for the duration of the summer internship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ATS maintenance.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation.
• Support HR projects such as performance management and employee engagement.
• Update HR documentation and records.
• Research HR best practices.
• Perform various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
