Job summary

Swank Motion Pictures invites a Human Resources Intern for a summer program to support day-to-day HR operations and various projects. You will work closely with the HR team, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in HR/Business with a 3.0+ GPA, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and in a team within a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Junior status as a student.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Available for summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment sourcing and screening of candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support HR projects including performance management and employee engagement.
• Maintain and update HR documentation and records.
• Conduct research on HR best practices.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
