Job summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for Summer 2027 in North Richland Hills, TX. The role offers hands-on exposure to multiple HR areas, including onboarding, employee records, recruitment, and internal communications.

You will work alongside the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, supporting projects, audits, and process improvements while learning how HR supports employees in a growing heavy civil construction company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, orientation materials, and employee communications.
• Maintain and organize employee files, electronic records, and HR documentation.
• Support HR audits, data entry, record accuracy, and document retention projects.
• Assist with employee status changes and lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate employee appreciation events, recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities.
• Assist with internal employee communications, presentations, and HR resource materials.
• Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, career fairs, and recruiting events.
• Maintain HR spreadsheets, trackers, and reports.
• Assist with special HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and Company information.
