Ragle, Inc. in West Texas is seeking a Field Engineer Intern for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in civil engineering and heavy highway construction on active projects.

The program offers mentorship, exposure to contract administration, change orders, and cost reporting, plus teamwork on real site work. Ideal candidates are students pursuing civil engineering or construction management who want to develop technical and leadership skills with a family-owned firm that values growth

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
• Some related internship or coursework experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Motivated to learn and contribute to projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Help prepare and review change orders.
• Learn job cost reporting and project analysis.
• Contribute to work plans, schedules, and resource planning.
• Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and safety policies.
