Ragle, Inc. in West Texas invites a Field Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering and heavy highway construction.

This role supports contract administration, change orders, job cost reporting, and project planning on real construction projects. Current students pursuing Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology will find strong growth opportunities, mentorship from seasoned professionals, and a pathway to full-time roles

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Construction Technology.
• Some related experience (coursework or internships) is helpful.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with contract administration and subcontractor management.
• Help prepare and review change orders.
• Learn job cost reporting and project analysis.
• Contribute to work plans, schedules and resource planning.
• Participate in project meetings and team coordination.
