Mortenson is seeking a Human Resources intern to support multiple teams on projects and day-to-day tasks. You will collaborate with mentors to learn essential HR processes and gain real-world experience in onboarding, performance reviews, succession planning, and compensation cycles.

This internship runs May–August 2027 and emphasizes growth, learning, and impact. You will conduct metrics analyses, draft communications, and gather data to inform HR initiatives while partnering with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergrad degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités
