Job summary

Marcus Hotels & Resorts invites eager undergrads and grads to join our internship program at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, WI. The program offers experiential learning across Culinary, F&B, Rooms, Front Desk, and more, with structured development and access to leadership exposure.

Open to students with work authorization in the U.S. for Summer 2025; interns receive meals, discounts, parking, and growth opportunities within Marcus properties.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's, Associate’s, or Master’s/Technical degree program.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and contribute in a team-based environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, organized, detail-oriented way.
• Willing and motivated to learn new skills and software.
• Have reliable transportation.
