Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or have a degree in hotel, restaurant, hospitality, tourism, food & beverage, or comparable industry experience and training.
• Must be open to relocation for program placement and follow-up opportunities.
• Ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization professionally.
• Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and contribute in a team-based environment.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing and motivated to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured rotation of assignments throughout the Rooms Division on property to learn operations and the hospitality industry.
• Adhere to an established curriculum designed to develop leadership skills and business acumen.
• Participate in management and staff meetings while collaborating across departments and professional disciplines.
• Develop in-depth rapport with guests, associates, and leadership at corporate and property level.
• Opportunity for project work and task force assignments in assigned and other locations.
