An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Head Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests and staff at an aquatic facility. This role involves supervising lifeguards, maintaining pool cleanliness, and enforcing safety regulations. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and have a commitment to customer service. The position requires physical fitness and the ability to perform essential lifeguarding duties, including first aid and CPR. The primary responsibility for this position includes ensuring guest, staff, and facility safety. This includes knowing the aquatic facility rules and safety guidelines. Assists in hiring, training, scheduling, and appraising lifeguards. A head lifeguard must be able to effectively communicate with the guest, their co-workers, and the leadership team.
