LIVunLtd is seeking Head Lifeguards to join our expanding team. Head Lifeguards are certified lifeguards with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. They are responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons in the pool area by preventing and responding to emergencies. Candidates must be responsible, alert, reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and maintain a positive attitude.

This posting is part of a pipeline for current or future opportunities to join LIVunLtd as a Head Lifeguard at our luxury residential locations. Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe swimming environment by enforcing all pool rules and regulations.
• Recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Perform water rescues and administer basic first aid as needed.
• Inspect the facility daily and report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment.
• Direct swimmers in and out of the pool during hazardous conditions.
• Maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area.
• Complete required training and certifications such as CPR, First Aid, Lifeguard, and Fire Safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Follow and adapt to LIVunLtd policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Wear approved uniforms at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

• CPR, AED, Lifeguard, and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in emergencies.
• Skilled in lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Previous lifeguarding and customer service experience is a plus.

Compensation

The hourly rate for Head Lifeguards ranges from $16.00 to $20.00, based on experience and location.
