Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly seminars and manage internship activities.
• Perform hosts, servers, bussing, and prep duties as assigned in designated restaurants.
• Contribute to group projects and live expo presentation in Chicago.
• Support event participation and festival coverage as required.
