Lettuce Entertain You is hiring for Summer Culinary BOH Internship opportunities in Chicago. The program runs May 25 through August 4, 2027, roughly 10 weeks, with interviews by April 9, 2027. Interns will work hourly in Illinois and other markets, with virtual meetings and a final expo in Chicago.

Interns participate in weekly seminars, restaurant operations, and a capstone project. Housing and transportation are the interns’ responsibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program.
• Experience with Italian or French cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and complete weekly seminars and internship activities.
• Perform roles in hourly positions at assigned restaurant location.
• Support during Windy City Smokeout festival and other duties as assigned.
