Lettuce Entertain You is NOW HIRING for Summer Culinary BOH Internship Opportunities in Las Vegas. Interns will have two levels of internships, with summer sessions may run May 25–August 4, 2027, and a hands-on program in our Chicago area markets.

Interns attend weekly meetings and a practical portion in the restaurant, rotating through multiple stations. Interns are responsible for housing and transportation; all interns participate in group projects and a final expo in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 1 year of practical experience OR current enrollment in a culinary program
• Experience with Italian or French cuisine is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly seminars, management checklists, and summer festivals
• Perform assigned kitchen duties (host, server, runner, busser, cook) as applicable
• Travel and housing not provided; interns are responsible for housing and transportation
