Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time program majoring in Business Management, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to use advanced tools to formalize data and suggest process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current flow of materials across a multi-building distribution and warehouse network to identify inefficiencies.
• Gain exposure to project management activities, including planning, vendor coordination, sourcing initiatives, and oversight of improvements.
• Use data analytics to evaluate inventory placement and develop storage optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations to understand daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support informed decision-making and process optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics to enhance material movement and storage utilization.
