Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Northlake, IL is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern for Continuous Improvement. The 7-week program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, offering full-time hours, 40 per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site.

You will analyze material flow across a multi-building distribution network, gain exposure to project management, and leverage data analytics to optimize inventory and storage within the facility footprint.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates currently enrolled in a full-time program; pursuing a relevant degree.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills—written and spoken—and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current flow of materials and products across multi-building distribution network to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Gain exposure to project management activities including planning, vendor coordination and sourcing.
• Use data analytics to evaluate inventory placement and develop optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to understand daily workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data to support decisions.
• Work with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance material movement and storage utilization.
