Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) invites energetic undergraduates to join our Victorville, CA facility as a Summer 2027 Intern – Manufacturing Engineering. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers on real projects supporting manufacturing, packaging, and sustainability goals, gaining hands-on experience and presenting outcomes to the team.

The program runs June 7–August 13, 2027, full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm) in-person, with a mentor, project ownership, and professional

Qualifications

• Undergrad enrolled full-time in a related field (Engineering, Supply Chain).
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am–5pm).
• Strong Excel, SAP, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Participate in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and update SOPs and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, and follow-up.
