Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) invites a motivated undergraduate to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program as a Continuous Improvement intern in Northlake, IL. This in-person, 40-hour/week internship runs June 7–August 13, 2027 and offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing and warehouse setting with a focus on optimizing material flow and operating efficiency.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university.
• Major in Business Management, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current material flow across a multi-building distribution and warehouse network to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Gain exposure to project management activities including project planning, vendor coordination, sourcing initiatives, and oversight of operational improvement projects.
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate inventory placement and develop recommendations to optimize storage within the facility footprint.
• Partner with operations teams to understand daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing operational data to support decision-making and optimization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to enhance material movement and storage utilization.
