Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Internship in Warehouse Operations Management at our Avenel, NJ facility.

The program includes hands-on training in the first weeks and project work in weeks 4-10, with mentorship and a potential return to our Early Career Leadership Development Program. Candidates must be enrolled as full-time undergraduates, with a junior-year standing and a graduation date of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, junior year, with expected graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Major areas: Engineering, Food Science, Operations/Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Organizational Leadership & Supervision, or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Experience various assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation & Sales.
• Lead projects and people to gain hands-on experience in Supply Chain and Sales Operations.
• Work with experienced professionals and a mentor to support career growth and development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to explore career opportunities in Operations.
