Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Summer 2027 Intern in Warehouse Operations Management in Tempe, AZ. The program runs June 7 to August 13, 2027, with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-person at the Tempe facility.

You will tackle a project in Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking, Technology Integration, or Process Controls under a dedicated mentor. Weeks 1-3 are hands-on training; weeks 4-10 are project work.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time undergraduate student with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred.
• Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in supply chain, CPG or beverages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience assignments in Warehouse Operations, Fleet, Transportation & Sales.
• Gain hands-on experience to learn various aspects of Supply Chain by leading projects and people.
• Work closely with experienced professionals who mentor you throughout the internship.
• Cross-functional exposure: interact with different departments to understand career opportunities in Operations.
