Harris is seeking a Construction Project Manager Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience in the construction process. You will participate in estimating, permits, job setup, contracts, safety, purchasing, submittals, tracking materials and RFIs across the project lifecycle.

You are a current student in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field with strong math, analytical, and communication skills, able to read construction documents and work well in a team.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry and project management.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency of math and analytical skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication while working in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Job: Estimating, Job Setup, Job contracts, Permits and insurance certificates.
• During Construction: Safety, Purchasing, Submittals, Tracking materials & equipment, Productivity tracking, Change orders and tracking, RFIs.
• Job Closeout: Project closeout O&M manuals, As-recording drawings and warranties.
