Responsibilities

• Pre-Job: Estimating, Job Setup, Job contracts, Permits and insurance certificates.
• During Construction: Safety, Purchasing, Submittals, Tracking materials & equipment, Productivity tracking, Change orders and tracking, RFIs.
• Job Closeout: Project closeout O&M manuals, As-recording drawings and warranties.
