Wolfoods, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at rural summer camps. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a fast-paced kitchen.

This on-site, live-in position runs May through September, with a demanding minimum of six days and about 70 hours per week. You will lead a high-volume team, ensure scratch cooking, and maintain strict health and safety standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, menu execution, and allergen management.
• Able to live on-site in rustic camp settings and handle long hours.
