Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on, on-site leadership role at a rural summer camp.

You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, supervise staff, and ensure allergen safety and high sanitation standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This seasonal, live-in position runs May through September, with a minimum 6-day/70-hour week, competitive pay, a bonus structure, and full room and board.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, and problem-solving abilities; able to operate in a high-volume setting.

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee operational flow, portion control, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
