Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a high-energy, hands-on leadership role at on-site rural summer camp facilities across the US.

You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety and sanitation in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This live-in position requires readiness to work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Competenze

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.

Mansioni

• Lead and train kitchen staff to maintain high-energy, positive operations.
• Oversee all prep, production, portion control, and meal service.
• Ensure allergen safety protocols (Kosher, Nut-Free, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc.) and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
