DLR Group is offering a Summer 2027 Audiovisual Systems Design Intern role as part of our EPX program. You will contribute to the design of audiovisual systems for diverse buildings, working with architects, engineers, and interiors teams to translate concepts into documentation.

The paid, full-time internship runs May 18 through August 6, 2027, with opportunities to participate in site visits, design discussions, and project delivery activities in our Cleveland or Seattle studios.

Qualifikationen

• At least a third-year student in an accredited engineering program or related field.
• Excellent communication, technology, and organizational skills are required.
• Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Desire to learn about the architecture/engineering design process.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers as part of the integrated design process.
• Learn BIM tools and workflows used by today’s designers.
• Attend on-site visits to observe real-world project outcomes.
• Assist in developing concepts, calculations, modeling, and documentation.
