DLR Group is an integrated design firm seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern for the Summer 2027 EPX program. You’ll contribute to electrical systems design, collaborate with architects and engineers, and gain hands-on experience from concept through documentation and construction administration.

The paid Summer Internship runs May 18 through August 6, 2027. This role offers exposure to design discussions, site visits, and mentorship in a collaborative environment within an established firm.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least one year in an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering program.
• Experience or interest in BIM (e.g. Autodesk Revit MEP) workflow.

Aufgaben

• Work with a licensed engineer designing electrical systems for new construction and/or renovation projects.
• Attend design team meetings and observe coordination within a multi-disciplinary design team.
• Assist with design and development of construction documents using Revit.
• Visit an active construction site (contingent on local projects).
