Responsibilities

• Mergers & Acquisitions: Merger and acquisition projects, covering valuation, pricing, asset liability management, cash flow testing, statutory, tax, and GAAP valuation.
• Mergers & Acquisitions: Due diligence including review of assumptions, risks and operations of the business.
• Financial Risk Management: Designing and executing scalable dynamic hedging programs to manage risk and meet strategic objectives.
• Financial Risk Management: Pricing and developing new products for financial services companies.
• Life Technology Solutions: Development and implementation of valuation solutions (Statutory VM-21, GAAP LDTI, BMA EBS); financial projection and actuarial modeling; data transformation processes.
