Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil/Mechanical/Architectural/Construction Management program
• Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
• Previous Co-op or Intern experience in construction preferred but not required
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist through the full lifecycle of a project from concept to delivery
• Learn estimating, takeoffs, and assigning project values
• Help create schedules for subcontractors and trades
• Attend design meetings with owner and design team
• Prepare weekly progress reports and track action items
• Shadow DBMs on project calls and site visits
• Assist with buyout, permitting, submittals, and billing processes
• Gain exposure to business development and client relationships

Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program
