ARCO Design/Build, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager Intern/Co-op for 2027 to learn the full lifecycle of design/build projects. You will work with DBMs on concept to completion, attend design meetings, and support estimating, scheduling, and reporting while gaining hands-on site exposure.

The role emphasizes learning, growth, and professional development within a collaborative, fast-paced environment and includes housing stipend eligibility and competitive hourly pay.

Formación

• Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Mechanical, Architectural, Construction Management, Building Science, or Construction Engineering program (undergrad or grad)
• Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic
• GPA 3.0+ preferred but not required

Responsabilidades

• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a project from concept to final delivery
• Attend design meetings with owner and design team
• Assist with estimating, takeoffs, scheduling, and buyout
• Prepare weekly progress reports and track action items
• Shadow site visits and project calls to observe how DBMs lead
• Assist with permitting, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
• Learn about subcontracts, change orders, pay requests, and payments
• Support business development activities and client relationship building
