TW Constructors in St. Louis, MO is offering a paid internship for Summer 2027. You will shadow project engineers, managers, estimators, and safety professionals, gaining hands-on experience from concept through closeout on multiple nationwide projects.

This internship emphasizes learning through active site visits, budgeting support, and collaboration with diverse teams. Enrolled undergraduates with a foundational understanding of construction are encouraged to apply; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Foundational understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules
• Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets
• Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
• Take ownership of project execution and delivery
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, quality assurance, and safety initiatives
• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities
• Leadership and guidance to support project teams throughout all phases
