Job summary

TW Constructors in St. Louis, MO offers a paid internship position for Summer 2027. You will shadow experienced Project Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Safety Professionals, gaining hands-on experience from conceptual stages through project closeout.

Interns will visit active job sites, receive safety training, and participate in preconstruction planning, cost management, and performance tracking. Travel nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program.
• Foundational understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Flexible, collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Assist in creating accurate project forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Take ownership of project execution and delivery.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, QA, and safety initiatives.
• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities.
• Receive leadership and guidance to support project teams across all phases.
