Job summary

TW Constructors invites applications for a paid internship in St. Louis, MO, to shadow experienced Project Engineers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Safety Professionals. You will participate in site visits, hands-on work, and safety training.

The role supports projects from concept through closeout, with travel opportunities nationwide and a focus on safety, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Foundational understanding of construction principles and practices.
• Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors, or self-perform work is a plus.
• Committed to upholding a Safety-First culture.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success.
• Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets.
• Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Take ownership of project execution and delivery.
• Contribute to preconstruction planning, quality assurance, and safety initiatives.
• Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities.
• You will have leadership and guidance to support project teams throughout all phases.
