Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA is hiring part-time Suite Runners to quickly respond to changing needs within the suites and support kitchen and service staff during events.

As a Suite Runner, you will coordinate with the team, maintain knowledge of menu items, and ensure timely preparation and delivery, while upholding cleanliness and guest service standards in a fast-paced arena environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a runner or busser.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes.
• Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items.
