Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA is hiring part-time Suite Runners to respond quickly to changing needs within the suites and support guests throughout events.

As a Suite Runner you will coordinate with kitchen staff, stay informed on menu items, assist with presentation of courses, and help maintain cleanliness. Flexible hours include nights and weekends; prior experience as a runner or busser is preferred and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a runner or busser.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take note of relevant information during pre-shift briefing, including service scheduling and guest notes.
• Coordinate with chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparations.
• Assist kitchen with the presentation of courses, explaining any relevant missing menu items.
• Verify kitchen and dining room cleanliness at all times and assist in counting china, glass, silver, and linen.
