Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA, is seeking a part-time Concessions Supervisor to lead team members and deliver guest service excellence in a fast-paced arena.

You will assign duties, train staff, resolve food-quality or service issues, manage labor and cash handling, and support guests while stocking, counting inventory, and performing cashier duties when needed. A college degree is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to implement rules and direct employees.
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training.
• Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Manage labor and profit loss.
• Ensure proper cash handling and tip records for the shift.
• Assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary.
