Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Concessions Stand Attendant to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, MA. You will greet guests, serve concession items, and ensure a high quality guest experience during events.

Responsibilities include taking orders, maintaining sanitation standards, and handling transactions through the POS system. The role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling and POS system experience, ensuring accurate transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work 80% of scheduled events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages, following sanitation guidelines and alcohol service policies.
• Set up the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify the stand lead of inventory shortages.
• Maintain a clean appearance of the work area and cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system.
