Responsibilities

• Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites.
• Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management.
• Set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.
• Meet Suite service standards including bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveries.
• Break down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, storing equipment properly.
• Deliver items to Suite Guests including food, beverages, dessert cart, small wares, and giveaways on time.
• Coordinate with Pantry expeditor to uphold quality controls and service standards.
• Perform other duties as required by business or management.

# Suite BusserNPS - Foxborough, MA 02035## OverviewSalary Range$15.00 - $20.00 HourlyPosition TypePart Time## Description**SUMMARY:**The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests. Suite Bussers are responsible for set-up, delivery of all Suites food and beverage, assisting the Suite Attendant in serving guests and bussing tables and counters in Suites, removing all used food service dishes from the Suite.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites2. Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management3. Ability to set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.4. Ability to meet Suite service standards including, but not limited to, bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveries5. Thoroughly break-down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage.6. Responsible for timely delivery of items to Suite Guests that include; food, beverage, dessert cart, small wares and Stadium giveaways7. Work closely with Pantry expeditor to adhere to quality controls, customer service standards and Suite Attendant support8. Complete all other duties as required by business or as instructed by management9.
