Priority Dispatch Corp. in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Suite Busser to support the Suite Attendant and deliver food and beverages to luxury suites during events. You will assist with bussing, setup, and timely service while maintaining clean and organized work areas.

The role requires 2+ years in high-volume catering or full-service dining, knowledge of food service standards, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays for football games and stadium events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English, written and verbal.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites.
• Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management.
• Set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.
• Meet Suite service standards including bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveries.
• Break down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, storing equipment properly.
• Deliver items to Suite Guests including food, beverages, dessert cart, small wares, and giveaways on time.
• Coordinate with Pantry expeditor to uphold quality controls and service standards.
• Perform other duties as required by business or management.
