Job summary

Nps Llc is seeking a Suite Busser to support Suite Attendants in delivering first-class service at stadium events. You will help set up suites, deliver food and beverages, and buss tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout each event.

The role requires reliability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with ability to work in a fast-paced, loud environment and lift items as needed in a busy stadium setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining preferred.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other stadium events.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Suite guests in cooperation with Suite Attendant.
• Set-up Suite events and deliver food and beverage to Suites.
• Assist with bussing tables and counters in Suites and remove used dishes.
• Break down and clean equipment after events and store properly.
• Deliver items to Suite Guests including food, beverages, dessert cart and small wares.
• Coordinate with Pantry expeditor to maintain quality and service standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

SUMMARY: The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests.
