Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Suite Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service to luxury suite guests and suite holders at Foxborough events. You will set up suites, maintain them during events, and assist with beverage service in a fast-paced stadium setting.

Applicants should have 2–4 years in high-volume catering, knowledge of food and beverage service, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining.

• Able to commit to football season and off-season peak periods.

Responsibilities

SUMMARY

The Suite Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external Luxury Suite guests and Suite Holders. The Suite Attendant is also responsible for suite set up, maintaining the suite during events, anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with their supervisors should any issues arise. The Suite Attendant plays a critical role in the success of our operation and serves as the primary point of contact for Suite Holders and their guests at each event.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strive to provide each guest with an exceptional experience through a detailed understanding of guest expectations, anticipating guests’ needs, and fulfilling special requests with assistance of management.
• Deliver first-class customer service to all guests, ensuring that all special requests and needs are met.
• Anticipate guests’ needs by thoroughly understanding and carefully reviewing event-day orders to ensure accuracy prior to guest arrival.
• Set-up catered events with attention to detail and in accordance with departmental standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages with proper knowledge of beverage offerings and service standards.
• Meet all service standards, including but not limited to wine service, table service, and buffet service.
• Thoroughly break down and clean all service equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage.
• Respond to guest needs in a prompt, professional manner, and courteous manner.
• Comply with all food and sanitation standards within the suite.
• Complete tasks in a variety of environments as assigned by management.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 - 4 years of experience in high-volume catering or full-service dining preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexible schedule; some nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
• Ability to commit to the entire football season and off-season peak periods throughout the year.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 40lbs
