The Kraft Group & Affiliates in Foxborough, MA is seeking a Suite Busser to support Suite Attendant and deliver food and beverages to guests during events. This role involves set-up, timely delivery, bussing, and post-event breakdown to maintain high service standards.

You will operate in a fast-paced stadium environment with a professional demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high volume catering or full-service dining.
• Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred.

• Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up and delivery of all Suite food and beverage.
• Buss and clear tables and counters in Suites.
• Ensure timely delivery of items to Suite Guests.
• Work with Pantry expeditor on quality controls.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.

Job description

SUMMARY:

The Suite Busser works in cooperation with the Suite Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external Suite guests. Suite Bussers are responsible for set-up, delivery of all Suites food and beverage, assisting the Suite Attendant in serving guests and bussing tables and counters in Suites, removing all used food service dishes from the Suite.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Works with the Suite Attendant to deliver first class customer service to all guests in the Luxury Suites
• Ensure all Suite special requests and needs are met and communicated to management
• Ability to set-up Suite events with attention to service details and departmental standards.
• Ability to meet Suite service standards including, but not limited to, bussing, food handling and food safety, Suite deliveries
• Thoroughly break-down and clean-up all equipment and supplies following Suite events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage.
• Responsible for timely delivery of items to Suite Guests that include; food, beverage, dessert cart, small wares and Stadium giveaways
• Work closely with Pantry expeditor to adhere to quality controls, customer service standards and Suite Attendant support
• Complete all other duties as required by business or as instructed by management
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates
