• Break down and clean service equipment after events and store properly.

SUMMARY: The Suite Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external Luxury Suite guests and Suite Holders. The Suite Attendant is also responsible for suite set up, maintaining the suite during events, anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with their supervisors should any issues arise.
